We try to voice out the problems faced by people every day and remove the taboo surrounding mental health. Kalki Foundation conducted two mental health awareness drives. We were honored to be invited to DPS Varanasi to talk about mental health. The drive was organized on the 8th of August at D.P.S. Varanasi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pratima Yadav, a valuable member of the NGO, prepared a quality speech on the prominence of mental health in children reaching adolescence along with relevant slides. The seminar took place in the M.F. Hall of DPS Varanasi, where the students of classes 6 to 8 actively participated and learned how to manage stress and anxiety and take care of one\u2019s mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second event, &#8220;AAROGYA: BREAKING BARRIERS, was a remarkable success for both the NGO and B.H.U. as the seminar was accompanied by the professors of BHU, who enlightened more than 500 students about the benefits of mental health and its significance in preventing suicides. The event was also accompanied by an amazing dance performance prepared by the students of Taalasya group BHU and a heart-melting skit prepared by Rangshala on the same that marked the climax of the
